Gone Swimming

This is a painting of Baby Beach in Lahaina Maui. I discovered this seen as I was taking an early morning beach walk. It looked like it had been staged with the beach blanket, slippers and sand toys. I also loved the shadows of the palm trees on the sand. I took a picture and later painted it in my studio.
